Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and respect for the time of both our team and our clients, we apply the following cancellation policy:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, a fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost applies.
For cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment or in case of a no-show, a 100% fee will be charged.

Timely notice allows our team to better serve all clients and maintain a high standard of service.
